If ordinary transparent glass with high transmittance and low reflection (radiation) rate is used, the insulating performance of the insulating glass is higher than that of the high-reflection (radiation) low-transmission coating. Glass or low-e glass is much lower.

3. Edge sealing of insulating glass
On the one hand, if the edge of the insulating glass is not well sealed, the proportion of moisture passing through the sealant layer into the interior of the insulating glass will increase, and the speed at which the insulating glass fails will also increase. Any product, no matter how good its initial performance, however, its life is very short, such a product can not be said to be a good product; on the other hand, if the edge material of the insulating glass has good thermal conductivity, then pass The heat transfer of the sealant connected to the glass at the edge of the insulating glass is relatively large, and the heat insulating coefficient of the insulating glass is improved, and the heat insulating performance is lowered.

4. Gas type and humidity between air layers
The inert gas filled in the interior of the insulating glass can reduce the heat insulation and sound insulation properties of the insulating glass. For example, the argon gas and the sulfur fluoride can respectively improve the heat insulation and sound insulation performance of the insulating glass; the water vapor inside the insulating glass When the content is increased, internal condensation or even water will be generated, which will affect the aesthetic effect of the insulating glass, and will increase the conduction heat transfer coefficient of the insulating glass and reduce the heat insulation effect.

5. Gas spacer thickness

Mainly through the control of the thickness, the heat transfer of the turbulent airflow inside the hollow glass is controlled as much as possible to control the hot and cold airflow of the gas to interfere with each other or to cause the rising and falling airflows to interfere with each other to control the convective heat transfer.
