Coping method: First of all, we must understand that the processing methods of new and old machines are different. For new machines, we should first observe whether the rubber holes are smooth. If the rubber holes are rough, we should first grind and try the machine again; the old machine, because of the temperature sensor of the equipment Sometimes it is not sensitive, the displayed temperature does not match the actual temperature, then you need to raise the temperature until the glue is normal.

2. When the butyl rubber does not stick to the aluminum strip and the glass, it is caused by the influence of temperature. It is recommended to raise the temperature to the appropriate level.

3. In the production process of insulating glass equipment, the inside of the insulating glass is fogged. Cause: Due to the unstable quality of the two sealants, it will volatilize into the interior of the insulating glass under the irradiation of sunlight, causing fogging; or the quality of the desiccant is poor in the sun. Under light irradiation, low molecular substances are released, resulting in fogging.

4, the hollow glass appears self-explosion phenomenon, tempered glass large-scale self-explosion, is a quality problem of tempered glass, so in the production of insulating glass should be tempered as much as possible to eliminate stress and reduce damage.

5. The drive roller of the glass washer does not run. This phenomenon is most likely caused by the motor not running or the chain being too loose.

The solution is to check the cause of the motor and adjust the tightness of the chain.

6, the glass washing machine appears brush beat or abnormal noise. According to our analysis, most of these situations are caused by loose chains or bearing damage. The solution is to properly adjust the chain tension and replace the bearing.

7. The glass washer has a phenomenon of skew or breakage of the glass in the washing machine due to uneven force on both ends of the press roller. The solution is to adjust the pressure roller.
